Piano Olympics

Piano Olympics is an exciting adjudication opportunity for students.

The students play in a group setting, performing a level of technical exercises based on the Russian Technical Regimen, and advancing to the next level.

Once his or her technique is achieved, each plays a memorized composition by composer and concert pianist Alexander Peskanov with the composer and parents present, giving the student suggestions on how to make improvements.

At the end of the festival, Maestro Peskanov personally places the Piano Olympics medal around the neck of each new Piano Olympian.

Dr. Siegel has introduced this adjudication in Maryland and Florida and looks forward to bringing it to Marietta GA in the future.

Many students of Dr. Siegel have participated in this festival.
